Legal Club Business Plan

Access to a national network of attorneys in every field of law at either no cost or reduced rates.

NASE Members have access to a national network of attorneys in every field of law at either no cost or reduced rates, through the Legal Club of America - Small Business Plan. The small business plan enables you to have a legal expert review documents, make calls and follow-up calls, write letters and other documents on your behalf, consult with you on arising legal matters, and represent you on out-of-court and in-court legal hearings.

These attorney-provided services are included for no additional charge (retail value $290) for Gold Members:

  • Monthly review by a plan attorney of up to five documents (10 pages each)
  • Two initial phone calls per month made on behalf of your business
  • Up to 10 initial collection letters per month
  • Consultation for each new legal matter (30-minutes each)
  • Capped hourly rate of $89 for out-of-court matters; $109 in court*+
  • Contingency fee discounts*++

NASE Silver Members receive the same package for $199 per year.

  • +Guaranteed Low Hourly Rates - Network attorneys have contracted to cap their hourly rates at $89.00 for all out of court legal care that goes beyond the free services and $109.00 per hour for in court legal care. This is a tremendous savings from the national average of $284.00 per hour charged by attorneys.
  • ++Contingency Fee Discounts - Quite often plan attorneys work on a contingency fee basis, especially as it relates to collection and personal injury matters. In collection matters, your attorney will accept 18% if the case is settled before formal court proceedings begin. After proceedings begin, the fee is 27%. On all other contingency matters there is a 10% discount on the lower of either the state maximum or the attorney’s standard rate.
