Ambulance

Up to $200 Reimbursement

In the event of an emergency, NASE Gold Members and their spouse receive up to $200 in ambulance coverage for actual expenses incurred for the use of the Ground Ambulance Service Benefit. Reimbursement includes one trip per year to or from a Hospital as a result of an accident or sickness. This benefit is included in the cost of your membership.

This coverage provides:
• $200 benefit maximum
• Ground Ambulance Service to or from hospital as a result of accident or sickness
• One trip per year

Definitions:
• “Ground Ambulance Service” means physical transportation in an appropriate vehicle registered to a licensed medical transportation service.
• “Hospital” means any institution duly licensed, certified, and operated as a hospital.
